This service is designed to support professionals who are experiencing chronic stress, overwhelm, or emotional fatigue and/or physical exhaustion, or feelings of disconnection in their work and/or personal lives, that might have been building for a while.
Drawing on coaching psychology, mental health and occupational health principles, sessions provide a safe, reflective space for individuals to explore the root causes of burnout, restore a sense of self, rebuild energy levels and enhance resilience, and individuals often use this process to pause and reflect, resetting their relationship with work and creatin a sustainable, fulfilling way forward.
Common areas of focus in these sessions can include improving energy management, supporting healthy boundary setting, boosting emotional regulation, building sustainable healthy habits and routines that support wellbeing and performance ongoing, and reconnecting with authentic purpose and realign with your values to support effective recovery and prevent reoccurrence.
Packages of multiple sessions are available for individuals and groups via online (via video conferencing software) and in-person (UK and International) delivery, and a group based retreat style option is also available upon request.
