Often used during periods of change, new team formation, or conflict resolution, team and group coaching serves to address both relationships and performance and can be particularly effective for newly formed team, disperse and multi-disciplinary project-delivery groups, teams under increased pressure and/or going through notable change and transitions, and/or those struggling with relational dynamics and/or low morale.
