Themes addressed may include managing uncertainty, navigating the practical and emotional processing of change, stress and resilience coaching, career transition coaching, CV and interview preparation, confidence rebuilding, and managing the psychological impacts of job loss.

Sessions can be delivered individually or with groups, with in-person (UK and International) and virtual delivery (via online video conferencing software) options available, as well as a retreat style option also available upon request.
