  • Is coaching confidential?

Yes, treat information provided to us through coaching sessions confidentially. Whilst coaching does not fall under the same legal requirements for confidentiality as medical, counselling or therapy does, at LifeMinded Ltd. we respect your privacy throughout the coaching process, and we follow strict professional and ethical guidelines in line with this.

  • What if coaching isn’t right for me?

Coaching isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution. If it’s not the right fit, we will be happy to guide you toward other resources or professionals who might better meet your needs.

  • What qualifications do you have?

Our founder, Clare, holds an MSc in Coaching Psychology and is also a qualified and registered mental health and occupational health nurse. You can find out more about her here.

Individual Coaching FAQs

  • What can I expect in a typical coaching session?

Every coaching session is tailored to you and what you want to achieve, so the focus may vary across sessions depending upon what you would find the most beneficial at that time. During sessions it is common for us to use the supportive and non-judgemental safe to collaboratively explore your goals and aspirations, identify challenges and opportunities, harness your current strengths, and work upon practical and actionable strategies to help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.

  • How many sessions will I need?

It’s entirely up to you. It can vary depending upon what you want to work on, how much time you have to work on things in between sessions, as well as the length and frequency of sessions you select. Some clients achieve important breakthroughs in just a few sessions, and others opting for ongoing support over several months to work on multiple, longer-term goals. We can discuss how many sessions you feel would be beneficial during a free initial discovery call.

  • How do I get started?

Simply email us (at [email protected]) to book a free discovery call. In this call we can talk through what you want to achieve, how coaching and working with us may best support you, as well as answer any remaining questions that you might have.

  • How do I prepare for my first session?

Simply bring an open-mind and a willingness to explore your goals and any challenges you are facing. We will guide and adapt the session(s) to your needs. There’s no pressure to have all the answers, to perform in any way, or to meet any expectations within our session(s) and so the only real requirement is to be yourself and be honest with what you want to achieve, and what does and doesn’t work for you.

  • What types of training do you offer?

We design and deliver bespoke training on an array of topics including leadership, resilience, wellbeing, communication, and psychological safety, all tailored to your organisation’s unique needs.

  • What consultancy services do you provide?

Our organisational consultancy services include assessing needs and auditing effectiveness of your wellbeing and performance systems, wellbeing strategy development, change management support, and employee engagement initiatives designed to boost performance and retention.

  • Can you create a customised programme for our organisation?

Yes of course! We’ll collaborate with you to ensure we curate a programme that aligns with your organisation’s specific goals, culture, and industry context and strategic direction.
