Outdoor coaching sessions can be focused upon any topic that matters to you. Taking place within the tranquil New Forest, these sessions embrace nature’s therapeutic ability to help restore us and harness its ability to unlock more creative thinking and enhance the coaching experience.
Combining the insights and skills gained through coaching psychology with the therapeutic benefits of nature, this service is ideal for those looking to reduce stress, reconnect with themselves, and explore personal themes in a more physical and embodied way and is particularly popular with those seeking to improve their health and wellbeing, and individuals’ who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or burnout.
Sessions take place in agreed outdoor locations around the New Forest Area (subject to weather-permitting and accessibility). Exact locations and distances covered within the sessions vary taking into account any relevant health and fitness issues as far as practically possible (typically a maximum of 2.5 miles would be covered within a 1-hour session, with extended session, shorter distances and seated sessions also readily arrangeable).
To enable sufficient health and safety considerations to be made these sessions are currently only available to previous LifeMinded Ltd. clients who have completed at least 8 online sessions with LifeMinded Ltd within the past 18 months.
Pricing: Our coaching services are structured to offer both great value and genuine flexibility.
Individual sessions can be purchased at a rate of £145 per hour.
Packages of 4+ hours are available at a discounted rate of £500 (the equivalent of just £125 per hour).
Sessions can be scheduled as 45, 60 or 90 minutes, allowing you to decide the pace and duration of sessions that works best for you, your commitments and goals.
